Announcing the Launch of Glow Studios Apprenticeship Program

Glow Studios is excited to announce our inaugural apprenticeship program, a unique opportunity for emerging artists to collaborate with our seasoned leadership team and gain critical professional skills at the nexus of storytelling, marketing, and technology. We are looking for ten talent amazing creatives to join us on a journey of creativity, mentorship, and growth.

Program Overviews

Trainee Phase:
This is your chance to sprint with us for two months, working alongside seasoned mentors on creative projects that will sharpen your skills and expand your portfolio.

Review & Promotion:
At the end of the Trainee phase, your craft and progress will be evaluated by our mentors and leadership team. Those who demonstrate readiness will be promoted to the Apprentice Phase.

Apprentice Phase:
As an Apprentice, you’ll take on more impactful projects, continue to receive feedback and support, and collaborate closely with a dedicated mentor. This phase is designed to help you build a strong foundation for a successful career at Glow Studios and beyond.

Who Can Apply?

We are looking for emerging artists with a passion for storytelling and visual arts:

• Less than 5 years of experience in the animation, sequential arts, or related industries

• Recent graduates with a degree or equivalent experience in animation, illustration, or visual storytelling

• Must be 18 years or older

• Remote applicants are welcome! You can work from anywhere in the world, but availability during U.S. work hours is required

We want creators who can bring stories to life through stunning visuals and engaging narratives. Specifically, we’re seeking individuals with:

• Strong storytelling abilities

• Exceptional art and illustration skills

• Proven experience in marketing their art portfolio online
